Each call has a focus from the alignment and sales framework, followed by hot seat coaching, meaning you can ask whatever questions you need to support your growth. You leave every call with a specific action for the month ahead, not a notebook to decipher later.

At month 3, we check in 1:1. A 1:1 call with Claire to identify what’s working best and analyse what’s shifted, what needs to change for the second half. You stay on track for your goal.
