The Virtual Vibe Coaching is run by Claire Grayshan.

What we collect

  • Name, email address, and contact details (for opt-ins, forms, coaching services).

  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe/PayPal/ThriveCart- we do not store card details).

  • Website usage data (via cookies, analytics, pixels).

Why we collect it

  • To deliver services you purchase (contract).

  • To send you emails you’ve opted into (consent).

  • To improve our website and marketing (legitimate interest).

  • To meet legal/accounting obligations.

Who we share it with Trusted providers we use:

  • ConvertKit (email marketing)

  • ThriveCart (checkout)

  • Stripe/PayPal (payments)

  • Zoom or Teams (calls)

  • Google Workspace (storage, email)

These may transfer data outside the UK/EEA, where they do, safeguards like Standard Contractual Clauses are in place.

How long we keep it

  • Client records: 7 years (legal requirement).

  • Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct, erase, or restrict your data, withdraw consent, or complain to the ICO should you wish to do so.
