10:00am – Welcome & The Realignment Framework
We start with intention, and our plan for the day with space to land, breathe, and prepare to actually think about your business properly.
We’ll open the day by walking you through my alignment framework — the exact lens I use inside my 1:1 coaching.
This gives you the bigger picture before we zoom in.
Workshop 1 : Vision & Goal Setting
Before we make a power plan for your next aligned move in your business, you need to know where you are going. We don’t start with ‘what feels realistic.’ We start with what you actually want.
We start with defining what growth looks like for you and we will step into your higher CEO self.
Lunch & Relaxed Networking

Workshop 2: Deep Business Audit
